Belinda Fraser

I graduated from Charles Sturt Uni in 1989 with a Bachelor of Visual Arts majoring in Textiles. Over the years I have participated in many Exhibitions including several solo Exhibitions with my paintings and colourful textile designs. Hand painted soft furnishings have been sold to boutique stores nationally and handprinted silk scarves to Exhibition companies in Bahrain, Singapore and London. In the 1990’s, I won a competition at the local Macquarie Worsteds Textile Company in Albury and as a result of this my Sturt’s Desert Pea design was used to cover the QANTAS club lounges Australia wide. I work from a beautiful purpose built rustic shed on the family farm where I am constantly inspired by my natural surroundings. I currently supply several shops with bespoke textiles and create large artworks full of colour and texture, specifically designed to create joy
