What are your delivery timeframes?

  • We endeavour to post your order within 7 business days.
  • Whilst we work super quickly to pack your order, we are in regional Queensland so please be aware that freight times can vary.
  • If you need your order for a special occasion please

How much will shipping cost?

  • All artwork with a value under $2000.00 will automatically calculate shipping costs at checkout.
  • Add products to your cart for shipping to automatically calculate.
  • If you feel as though the shipping calculation is incorrect please get in touch.

Do you provide worldwide shipping?

  • TTG is based in Australia, however we are happy to ship internationally.
  • All orders will be charged in Australian dollars ($AUD). 
  • Australia Post International shipping costs will apply when the painting is less than 1x1metre, along with the appropriate insurance costs. Australia Post delivery charges are influenced by the size and weight of the art work you have ordered, and the delivery location.
  • Any import taxes (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • All pieces larger than 1 x 1metre require a private courier quote. We will find the most competitive quote for you.

Do you offer Laybuy?

  • We offer Laybuy which is an option at checkout. You will be able to select what deposit and length of laybuy (up to 8 weeks) that suits you. Your artwork will be shipped to you or ready for pick up after your laybuy is complete. You need a paypal account to use our Laybuy service. If you have any questions please get in touch.

Damaged Goods

  • Where an artwork is found to be damaged please contact us within the first 48 hours after delivery. We will endeavour to resolve the situation immediately. 


  • Please choose your artwork carefully as we do not accept returns. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you are unhappy please get in contact with us within 48 hours. We will always try and find the best solution.
