It is part of my Road Trip Vista series where I take photos from the car on our way to visit family. I enjoy the light at different time of day on the landscape creating beautiful light moments to treasure.
About the Artist:
One of my favourite moments is seeing my new artwork hanging in its forever home and seeing the positive impact I’ve made on my client’s lives. This is when my art finally comes to life and its true purpose and meaning is achieved.
The places I frequently visit in nature have become my muse. Inspiration spills out onto the canvas when I see the precarious granite outcrops of Girraween National Park, soak in the majestic coastal beauty of Yuraygir, and even watch the daylight fall from my veranda. I love to see how paintings inspired from nature infuse spaces with positive energy.

Rachel Prince finds inspiration in the natural landscapes she returns to time and again, from the granite outcrops of Girraween National Park and the coastal beauty of Yuraygir to the changing light viewed from her own veranda.
Through her work, Rachel seeks to capture the energy, atmosphere and sense of connection found in nature. For her, a painting truly comes to life when it finds its forever home and brings joy, warmth and positive energy to the space and the people who live with it.
