This is based on a story I overheard someone talking about, the way he described the herd walking for miles across the farm and charging towards the dam, it sounded like almost like a biblical tale, a great pilgrimage to the promised land...except it was cows.
About the Artist:
Sam is a Western Sydney based artist, practicing for over 10 years. Primarily focusing on landscape as subject matter Sam explores the diverse Australian environment, its colours, shapes, textures, patterns and the stories and memories of this place and the people within it.
