About the Artist:
I love to capture sunlight in different moments and create hyper coloured landscapes. Nature provides these illuminating colours, I just like to instinctively paint them in a light of warmth. Sometimes I instantly know the colours, sometimes I’m searching for that colour harmony that makes the canvas sing what I am feeling. It is like using a language I had not known I knew. The result is rather whimsical and dream-like, but there is a true authenticity in the way light falls to the paintings and makes a powerful statement.
These pieces were recently exhibited as part of the Affordable Art Fair in Melbourne and are now making their way to Toowoomba. They are expected to arrive in mid-September.
