About the Artist:
In 2014 after a 10 year hiatus, I returned to my first love, painting. Influenced by the many years I worked as a colourist/designer, my current work reflects my past experiences as a fashion retailer, stylist and designer. Contemporary and varied in subject matter, my paintings celebrate my experiences and observations of everyday life, events and people. I am particularly drawn to water scenes and the joy of experiencing the great Australian beaches we are surrounded by.
