I often think about the way birds see the world, I even create works with a birds eye view. From up there they aren't bothered by the troubles of the world below them like we are, they can see all the beauty and the patterns of nature beneath them...or perhaps they're just scoping out places to steal chips.
About the Artist:
Sam is a Western Sydney based artist, practicing for over 10 years. Primarily focusing on landscape as subject matter Sam explores the diverse Australian environment, its colours, shapes, textures, patterns and the stories and memories of this place and the people within it.
