Rather than describing the land, the painting seeks to evoke its spirit. It speaks of memory held within the earth, of emotional connections forged through landscape, and of the profound beauty of the Australian Red Centre. My intention was to invite contemplation, allowing viewers to experience not just the appearance of the Outback but its resonance, the feeling of a place remembered and deeply felt.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eAbout the Artist:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePaula is a self taught artist with a BA in Visual Arts from Monash University and a background as a creative in the corporate world. Working from her home studio in Naarm (Melbourne), she paints vibrant still lifes, Australian landscapes and depictions of native flora and fauna – drawing inspiration from the natural beauty of both the Australian red centre and coast.
